• We are looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist to join the team
• The Growth Marketing Specialist will be responsible for creating and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across social media, search engines and other channels
• They will collaborate within the broader team to develop new ways to engage and convert leads in UVeye’s ideal customer segments
• Execute and optimize digital advertising campaigns across multiple channels including Google Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok and Facebook
• Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns toward key metrics including qualified leads, pipeline and revenue with a focus on high return on investment from activities
• Keyword and channel research to help us test and expand new campaigns
• Create and optimize ad creatives, landing and website pages to maximize conversion rates at every stage of the customer journey
• Help measure and report on campaign performance and share reports with key stakeholders
• Collaborate closely within the broader marketing and sales team to ensure alignment
