What the job involves

- Open Roles in ATS: Configure job postings in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), including email templates, feedback forms, and interview automation
- Interview Scheduling: Seamlessly coordinate interviews between candidates and interviewers, ensuring smooth communication and timely updates
- Candidate Preparation: Provide candidates with detailed information and resources to help them feel confident and well-prepared for interviews
- Provide Exceptional Candidate Experience: Be a friendly, professional point of contact for candidates throughout the process, ensuring they feel valued and informed every step of the way
- Reference Checks: Organize and coordinate reference calls as requested by the recruiter, depending on the role’s level
