• You have a strong interest in design systems
• You have a willingness and ability to collaborate with multiple teams or disciplines
• You are comfortable owning design initiatives from start to finish
• You have an understanding of technical constraints, with a good sense of when to compromise and when to advocate for design innovation

• Design exceptional products from start to finish, participating in all phases of design, from definition to development and optimization
• Iterate at all levels of design fidelity, from prototypes to refined visual designs, with an emphasis on high-functioning user experiences, design impact, and ongoing learning opportunities
• Communicate and share often in written, verbal, and visual forms to create alignment and move the work towards implementation
• Collaborate regularly with engineers to ship high-quality experiences
