Senior HR Business Partner, Teachable

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar strategic HR role
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills with the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels in a remote and hybrid environment
• Proven experience in organizational design, including org structure development, job architecture, and operating model design
• Strong track record in coaching and developing leaders at various levels
• Demonstrated experience using AI tools and technologies in HR processes (e.g., talent analytics, recruitment, or employee engagement)
• Proven experience supporting a fast-paced, development-driven tech environment
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects and work in a matrix structure, collaborating effectively with global cross-functional teams
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work autonomously
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills

• Design and implement organizational structures that enhance efficiency and support business growth
• Coach and develop leaders to build strong leadership capabilities across the organization
• Provide expert guidance on organizational design, talent management, employee relations, and performance management
• Lead cross-functional projects and work in a matrix environment collaborating with global teams to drive HR initiatives
• Drive initiatives related to employee engagement, culture and talent development
• Support leaders through change management, workforce planning, and capability development
• Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and recommend solutions
• Leverage AI tools and technologies to enhance HR processes and decision-making
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies
• Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and facilitate effective communication across teams
