Role
Who you are
- You have a deep understanding of Firework’s products market fit and are the subject matter expert with technical knowledge regarding our suite of products and alignment to a variety of different verticals
- You are business-savvy while technical, customer-centric, can empathize with customer challenges, and thrive on building solutions to scale
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science or other technical field
- 5+ years of solution engineering experience or technical consultant manager especially in a customer-facing role for SaaS high-growth companies
- Fluent in English and French, German is a plus
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with various technical and non-technical audiences; must have strong empathy and emotional intelligence with diverse customers
- Advanced technical discovery, documentation, and troubleshooting skills. Detail-minded and data driven
- Proven ability with managing and leading multiple technical and high-value enterprise-level integration projects working with various stakeholders on a deadline-driven schedule
- Start-up, team-oriented mentality
- Experience developing rich applications with JavaScript (ES6), HTML5, and CSS3 is required
- Mobile experience (Android, IOS) and cross platform (Flutter, React) is a plus
- Knowledge of Wordpress, Shopify is a plus

- We’re looking for an experienced Integration Solutions Manager to provide deep technical expertise to support the pre- to post-sales process with enterprise customers in Europe
- Partner cross-functionally during the pre- and post-sales process to understand technical requirements and translate to scalable integration solutions and support to internal teams (Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success) as well as with the external customers
- Drive the onboarding process by bringing solutions discovery, technical enablement, product deployment assessment, and platform integration expertiseAssess customers requirements to propose solutions with our platform/product, communicate the integration process in an easy-to-understand manner directly with our new partners, and oversee the live launch and hand-off to Account Management or Customer Success
- Be a technical voice of the customer; work closely with the product and engineering teams on product loop feedback to help internal teams strategize, iterate, and prioritize new features and updates
- Triage and resolve bugs and other technical issues throughout the customer journey
- Continuously create mapping of manual or automated requirements, tests, dependencies, integration playbooks, and technical documents
Our take
Live-streamed shopping has long been popular in China. In 2020, the first 30 minutes of Alibaba’s Singles’ Day presales campaign on Taobao Live generated an impressive $7.5 billion in total transaction value. Firework is helping to bring these kinds of video-based eCommerce experiences to a Western audience with a smart commercial strategy.
Originally launched as a standalone social platform featuring swipe-able web stories, Firework made a strategic shift towards a more streamlined B2B model. It now provides services to partners by granting them access to its video technology infrastructure, enabling them to effortlessly launch diverse and interactive shippable videos on their respective websites. The outcome of this pivot has paid off, with Firework emerging as the leading global platform of its kind.
The real money in shoppable videos is ultimately live-streamed experiences, which are still not landing for American audiences. Despite this, Firework’s more complete offering, including the ability to directly collect consumer data and learn about a shopper’s behaviour, means that American brands are giving the startup business ahead of this anticipated cultural shift.
