Customer Success Manager, Bridgit

• 3+ years of experience in a Customer Success or Account Management role, ideally in a SaaS environment

• Drive customer onboarding, adoption, and ongoing engagement, tailoring strategies to meet their specific needs
• Proactively identify potential challenges and address them before they become issues
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Support teams to advocate for your customers and ensure seamless delivery
• Deliver regular business reviews and insights to demonstrate the impact of our solutions
• Develop strategies to renew contracts and identify upsell opportunities within your accounts
• Track and report key account metrics, ensuring that client goals are consistently met or exceeded
