- Creative agencies experience a MUST
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc)
- Experience in branding, advertising, and integrated marketing campaigns
- Strong verbal and visual communication skills
- Ability to present and sell creative concepts to clients and stakeholders
- Experience managing creative teams and providing constructive feedback
- Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

What the job involves
- As part of the phenomenal growth SharkNinja has achieved over the last few years we have an exciting new opportunity for a Creative Director (Ninja) to join our team
- The successful candidate will be an instrumental member of the Creative team, helping to ensure timely and smooth delivery of our product innovation within exciting, expanding categories, to lead and inspire our creative team
- The CD will collaborate with art directors, designers, copywriters, and our IMC team to develop compelling campaigns across various platforms
- Lead and mentor a team of designers, copywriters, and art directors
- Develop and execute creative concepts across digital, print, social media, and video
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure brand consistency and storytelling excellence
- Translate business objectives into creative strategies that engage target audiences
- Oversee the creation of visually compelling and message-driven content
- Provide guidance on design, typography, imagery, and copywriting
- Ensure all creative work meets high standards of originality and brand alignment
- Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and emerging media
- Work closely with account managers and internal teams to ensure timely execution of projects
- Present creative ideas and campaigns to clients and stakeholders
- Manage multiple projects while maintaining creative quality and meeting deadlines
- Develop campaign concepts that drive engagement and brand awareness
- Work on brand identity, storytelling, and visual language
- Collaborate with external agencies, freelancers, and production houses as needed

Consumer demand for new and better home appliances continues to grow. SharkNinja serves this demand by designing and manufacturing innovative home goods and devices. Specifically, it has a growing line of solutions that consist of Shark cleaning and home care products and Ninja kitchen appliances.
SharkNinja has been in operation since 1994, which is testament to the quality and popularity of its products. Since its initial launch in Canada, the company has expanded into the US and the UK. In 2017 SharkNinja was bought by CDH Private Equity for over $1.5 Billion, further proof of its impressive market value. Perhaps more evidence is that it brings in annual revenues of around $4B.
SharkNinja’s main challenge is facing down big-name competitors such as home appliance giant Dyson. In fact, through innovative design, it seized the market-leading spot in traditional vacuums from Dyson and is only second to iRobot in sales of robotic models. A 2023 IPO saw an extra $296 million in funding added to SharkNinja's pot and was followed by product launches in new sectors such as air conditioning and food cooling, indicating that the company is still full of new product ideas.
