Who you are
- 3-5 years of experience in roles related to client implementation, project management, or operations
- Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple project activities simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful outcomes. Proficiency in MS Project desired
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in both Microsoft Office and Google suite of office products preferred
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines

What the job involves
- We are actively seeking a skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our Client Operations team at Well.
- In this role, you will be responsible for day-to-day management of projects supporting enterprise clients and providing support as needed to ensure a seamless client experience
- The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of relevant experience with demonstrated proficiency in project management
- Utilize strong project management skills to oversee client task management , ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project milestones
- Prepare and maintain project plan(s) and related project documentation, update task statuses, prepare status reports and meeting minutes. Organize meetings and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication
- Data Management: Maintain and update project files and records for easy access and retrieval
- Execute other departmental projects and tasks as assigned
- Proactively identify and escalate risks to Engagement Manager and work collaboratively with internal teams, as needed, to ensure prompt resolution
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive and customer-centric approach to client activities and ongoing success

Mobile health-tracking apps have become popular over the last decade, but existing platforms often provide uniform services as opposed to personalizing each user's experience. In addition to this, incentives to regularly use an app are generally focused on mobile notifications and manual tracking systems, features that require manual data entry and are easy to ignore.
Well provides a digital health platform that leverages member health data to provide users with a personalized and all-in-one platform for improving their health. Instead of relying on notifications and uniform systems, member data is used to deliver daily health recommendations from AI clinicians, loyalty rewards, and direct support tools.
With many apps on the market for different health points, the digital health tracking landscape is very saturated, yet Well is taking a unified approach to providing personalized and authentic experiences for users. The platform aims to provide guidance that is actionable and engaging, as opposed to just another mobile app that is used on an occasional health kick.
