- Demonstrated success in scaling an engineering team within a SaaS product from approximately $20M in ARR to $100M+
- Deep expertise in what makes a SaaS team scale effectively and efficiently at mass
- Proven ability to implement scalable engineering practices and processes that support rapid growth
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on building and nurturing high-performing teams
- Extensive experience in scaling SaaS products at growth-stage companies
- Expertise in Generative AI technologies
- Strong technical background in software development, architecture, and cloud technologies
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with a proven ability to build and mentor high-performing teams
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in agile development methodologies
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Understanding of the government contracting business development lifecycle
- Experience or familiarity with RFP processes
- Familiarity with OpenAI/AzureAI APIs and Vector Databases
- Experience with LangChain and Agentic AI Frameworks

- Lead and mentor a talented team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Develop and implement a technical strategy that aligns with the company's objectives and growth targets
- Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable solutions
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and data science teams to translate requirements into technical specifications
- Establish and uphold engineering best practices, processes, and methodologies
- Drive the adoption of new technologies and tools to enhance platform capabilities and improve development efficiency
- Ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of our platform through robust architecture and infrastructure
- Manage engineering resources and budget to ensure optimal allocation and utilization
- Provide technical leadership and guidance, promoting professional growth within the engineering team
- Engage in hands-on coding, code reviews, and technical problem-solving to maintain a high-quality codebase
- Quickly identify and resolve technical issues to ensure seamless system operations
- Stay abreast of the latest technologies and drive their integration into our platform

Procurement Sciences AI has brought a variety of AI-powered tools to the federal procurement sector, accelerating the pace at which deals can be facilitated. Its tools integrate into pre-existing software such as SharePoint and Google Drive so that procurement teams can save time without learning new software.
The company has large clients in the aerospace and defence sectors, alongside more than 100 small and medium-sized companies across many sectors. It has attracted significant funding which supports the expansion of its reach, and acquired Rogue AI in order to accelerate its goal to serve more government contractors with AI.
