Brand and Communications Manager, Feedr

• Strong alignment with Feedr’s mission and values, with a passion for food and its role in workplace culture and well-being
• 2-4 years of experience in a marketing role using a broad skill set including content and brand marketing management
• Excellent writing skills, a storyteller who can create interesting and engaging content while seeing the bigger picture for overarching company objectives
• Experience managing internal (cross-department comms) and external stakeholders (agencies and intern support) across multiple geographies
• A good understanding of both digital and social media trends and the ability to authentically create content for these channels
• The ability to work across multimedia (text, images, video)
• A ‘can do’ attitude and willingness to roll up sleeves and make a dynamic contribution to a small but busy team
• Organised self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• The ability to develop clear briefs and translate them into creative communications, great attention to detail and excellent communication skills at all levels
• Ability to analyse data and provide detailed reports on activity carried out

Desirable

• Develop and execute a 360 digital-first content strategy, spanning website, email, and social media, to drive brand awareness, sales, and vendor growth - ensuring all content reflects Feedr’s mission, values, and passion for food
• Plan, brief, and execute multi-channel campaigns across digital media, events, partnerships, and sales collaboration, with a strong emphasis on lead generation
• Own the end-to-end management of brand-led events, ensuring alignment with growth and sales objectives
• Lead on ICP development and brand positioning, including competitor analysis to refine messaging and market fit
• Manage marketing communications across the business, ensuring alignment with the brand calendar and key assets
• Oversee marketing operations across UK, Ireland, Netherlands, and Germany, supporting regional growth efforts
• Work closely with customer success, sales, and partnerships teams to create impactful communications and promotional activities that reinforce Feedr’s brand narrative
• Manage email marketing and client segmentation, ensuring effective engagement across account-managed and self-serve clients
• Collaborate with our ads agency to maintain brand consistency and optimise paid marketing efforts
• Partner with external PR support to maximise brand exposure and thought leadership opportunities, ensuring Feedr’s positioning as an innovator in workplace food solutions
