Role
Who you are
- 8+ years of B2B experience with a proven track record in enterprise sales, including new logo acquisition and customer relationship growth
- 5+ years of experience selling into Financial Services / Banks at the executive level
- Ability to manage complex deal cycles and expand relationships post-sale through strategic customer engagement
- Strong storytelling ability for both technical and business audiences, especially C-suite stakeholders
- A consultative, value-based approach to selling and relationship building
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to tailor messages to multiple personas
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a collaborative mindset and a structured, results-driven approach
- Familiarity with MarTech/AdTech ecosystems and digital marketing strategy is a strong plus
- Comfortable working in a high-growth, dynamic environment and adapting to evolving customer needs

- Drive new business growth in the US Financial Services vertical through strategic prospecting, engagement, and consultative selling
- Lead end-to-end sales motions including account mapping, stakeholder engagement, solution value articulation, and contract negotiation
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Solutions Consulting and Customer Success teams to develop business cases and compelling value propositions that align with prospect and customer goals
- Build and manage a healthy pipeline for new prospects
- Maintain strong visibility and documentation within CRM to support both new sales and customer success motion tracking
- Develop and manage relationships with potential partners to accelerate pipeline development
- Prospect via email, phone, LinkedIn, and partner networks with a strategic, personalized approach
- Become a trusted advisor and strategic partner to C-level stakeholders, positioning Persado’s Enterprise AI as a long-term value driver
