Role
Who you are
- 5+ years in a Sales Operations Leadership role, ideally within a high-growth SaaS environment
- A problem-solver, who has demonstrated leveraging data to drive business decisions
- Proficient in the nuances of data analysis and modeling, familiar with SQL and extracting insights from Salesforce (SFDC)
- Demonstrated entrepreneurial experience working within a fast growing, ambiguous environment
- A demonstrated multitasker, adept at managing multiple initiatives, from broad-scale projects to immediate operational demands
- Experience working and collaborating within a broader team, fostering both individual and collective achievements
What the job involves
- As the Sales Operations Manager for our Americas, you will report directly to the Global Head of Field Operations
- In this role, you will act as the cornerstone, ensuring the precision and efficacy of our sales processes and strategies across the Americas
- This role transcends traditional operational duties, enhancing, innovating, and leading our sales force to further success
- Serve as the primary business partner to the Vice President of American Sales and associated regional Customer leadership, enabling them to drive revenue and bookings
- Forge a close partnership with leadership, contributing your insights and executing the commercial strategy
- Champion operational excellence within the sales and customer divisions, setting the pace for innovation and efficiency
- Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for our sales technology stack, ensuring flawless data management and utilization
- Collaborate with the broader Go-To-Market (GTM) Ops team to establish and refine performance metrics, facilitating informed decision-making
- Redefine and optimize the territorial distribution ensuring comprehensive market coverage and increased sales efficiency
- Swiftly address and resolve operational challenges, suggesting improvements for scalable growth
- Work in tandem with the Enablement teams to identify and rectify knowledge and skill gaps, ensuring ongoing development and training
- Analyze performance, managing pipeline and forecasting with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
- Document and disseminate operational best practices to elevate overall team performance

Forter provides new generation fraud prevention to meet the challenges faced by modern enterprise e-commerce. The system eliminates the need for rules, scores or manual reviews, making fraud prevention friction-free.
The result is fraud prevention that is invisible to buyers and empowers merchants with increased approvals, smoother checkout and the near elimination of false positives - meaning more sales and happier customers.
Behind the scenes, Forter’s machine learning technology combines advanced cyber intelligence with behavioral and identity analysis to create a multi-layered fraud detection mechanism.
The company had previously announced IPO plans, however, it has yet to move forward with this venture. Since its $300 M investment round in 2021, the company has made several acquisitions, strengthening its fraud prevention solution stack.
