- 1-3 years experience in the Recruitment space, preferably at a high-growth early-stage organization
- Proven experience working within our ATS system, Greenhouse
- Ability to multi-task and schedule a high volume of interviews
- A creative and proactive approach to problem-solving
- Eagerness to drive a project from conception to completion
- Integrity in handling confidential and sensitive information
- Located in San Francisco, willing to come into the office at least 3x/week in hybrid capacity
What the job involves
- Peregrine is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator who shares our passion for hiring the best and the brightest
- This role will be a critical player on this talent acquisition team to help hire for many vital roles in the company
- You will be essential in managing recruiting activities and forging meaningful candidate relationships
- This person provides candidates with their first impression of Peregrine; delivering a white-glove experience from start to finish is crucial to our success
- This dynamic role in a fast-paced environment offers fulfilling and exciting opportunities to the recruiting engine
- Champion the candidate experience, ensuring every experience and touchpoint delights, informs, and supports the candidate
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, many over Zoom and in person in the office
- Shepherd the candidate through the recruitment process to ensure they have a seamless, positive experience
- Ensure our interviewers have everything they need to conduct successful interviews, such as resumes, proper Zoom links or reserved interview rooms, clear scorecard metrics, etc
- Work with others on other recruiting initiatives and programs, such as referral drivers, interviewer training, and candidate marketing materials
Our take
With the digitisation of emergency response organisations, data and incident reporting is speeding up, but this presents a problem if this information is not digestible. Emergency responders must be able to quickly translate and understand information as it comes in, or risk this faster flow of data being made redundant.
Peregrine is a data integration platform that improves emergency responses by making data more accessible, understandable and actionable. The platform can be used for public safety at different scales, such as building, city or region-wide. Its machine learning capabilities are also able to collate raw surveillance data, linking people, places and events to track targets or potential criminal activity.
With a founding team that boasts experience in both security and environmental risk analysis, Peregrine shows the potential to bridge the gap between tech and law enforcement. Funding is being channelled into accelerating the company's growth as it looks to double its employee headcount in the near future.
