• Intelepeer is expanding our team and seeking a results-driven Sr. Manager, Sales Development to play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth
• In this highly visible role, you will lead, inspire, and scale a team of high-performing Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to generate and qualify leads that fuel our sales pipeline
• As a key partner to both Sales and Marketing, you will collaborate closely to ensure alignment on strategy, messaging, and outreach programs that resonate with our target audience
• You will be instrumental in building scalable processes, leveraging data to refine strategies, and fostering a culture of accountability and achievement
• Build and manage a high-performing team of 10+ SDRs who consistently overachieve on aggressive goals and will become future AEs and managers at Intelepeer
• Own and drive execution of Intelepeer’s pipeline goals by understanding and analyzing top of the funnel metrics, pipeline quality, conversions, and SDR engagement
• Shape deep partnerships with Marketing, Sales, Sales Operations, Enablement, and Product Marketing teams to successfully collaborate on new marketing campaigns and field events, meet stretch pipeline goals, optimize your business for efficiency, accelerating ramp time to productivity, and ensure your team has a crisp understanding of Snowflake domain knowledge

• Build and coach high-performing SDRs to the next high-performing Corporate Account Executives
• Leads through inspiration, leadership, and a “Results-Driven’ approach
• Technical Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of our AI products, machine learning algorithms, and AI-driven solutions. Stay up to date with the latest advancements in artificial intelligence and related technologies
• Sales Support: Partner with the sales team to identify potential clients and understand their unique requirements. Provide technical expertise to the sales team in positioning our AI solutions effectively
