What the job involves
- Ensure a consistent and high-quality onboarding experience across locations (FR, EMEA, APAC, NA)
- Develop, implement and improve onboarding programs across the organization
- Make sure joining Mistral is a pleasure, even before you join until weeks after your arrival
- Measure onboarding effectiveness through key metrics
- Identify opportunities for improvement and implement scalable solutions
- Partner with Talent Acquisition, People Operations, IT, Workplace to ensure onboarding readiness
- Ensure equipment & required resources are available before each employee's start date
- Organize and facilitate onboarding sessions, orientations and key integration milestones
- Coordinate and facilitate travel arrangements, transportation, and accommodation for new joiners who need it during onboarding weeks
- Design and optimize onboarding workflows, tools, and documentation
- Drive automation and operational excellence to support business growth
- Maintain onboarding resources, guides, and knowledge repositories
