Role
Who you are
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
- 7+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on executive-level engagement
Desirable
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies and programs
- Strong understanding of the executive landscape and ability to tailor messaging accordingly
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools
- Leadership experience with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Familiarity with digital marketing trends and tools
- Experience in B2B marketing

What the job involves
- Principal Marketing Manager, Exec Programs will lead the strategic development and execution of marketing initiatives that enhance the visibility and positioning of Dynatrace at the executive level
- This role involves collaborating with Dynatrace executives, sales leadership, marketing, customer success to support and drive marketing strategies aimed at executives and decision-makers
- Develop and oversee marketing programs targeted at executive audiences, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives
- Create high-impact marketing materials, including presentations, reports, and promotional content, tailored for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and address marketing needs and opportunities
- Develop program proposals for executive engagement and present to stakeholders for go / no-go decisions on whether to invest in the program opportunity
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform program development and strategic initiatives
- Manage budgets and resources for marketing programs, ensuring optimal return on investment
- Coordinate and execute executive events, webinars, and other engagement tactics to foster relationships with key stakeholders
- Monitor program performance through metrics and provide reports to senior management with insights and recommendations
