What the job involves
- ConductorOne is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead the teams responsible for building and scaling our integration platform, delivering third party integrations and developer experience
- Lead and manage the teams responsible for building and scaling ConductorOne’s integration platform
- Oversee the delivery of thousands of third-party integrations, ensuring the platform is scalable and efficient
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance developer experience and make ConductorOne a joy for developers to build with
- Drive team performance, mentoring engineers, and ensuring that the right processes are in place to foster high productivity and innovation
- Own hiring and team-building efforts to ensure the organization grows with top talent
- Think like an engineer to monitor and optimize internal workflows and processes for maximum productivity and throughput

ConductorOne is an identity security company that helps IT and Security teams by automating least privilege and compliance while reducing risk. Its platform works through out-of-the-box integration services - such as Okta, GitHub, Slack, and Datadog – to automate identity security, thus enabling companies to understand what is happening across the company and what actions could be having an impact on someone’s program access permissions.
The company launched its Access Request product in March 2023, providing self-service access requests to employees via Slack or a web catalogue, automatic approval rating, and zero-touch provisioning, saving IT teams time by eliminating complex provisioning processes. Its expanded Series-A funding round was led by Accel and Felicis Ventures. This has enabled the company to focus on accelerating growth as it seeks to expand operations.
