- Hands-On and Technical: Equipped with strong technical skills and a hands-on approach to achieving team objectives

What the job involves
- We’re looking for an exceptional Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) Manager to join our team at Roblox
- In this pivotal role, you will drive the evolution of our systems, ensuring they meet the highest standards of performance, reliability, and efficiency
- You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to build robust infrastructure that supports our growth
- Drive Reliability: Collaborate with cross-functional product partners to enhance and elevate system reliability
- Champion Production Health: Engage directly with production environments, analyzing key trends and deriving actionable insights. Take ownership of maintaining and improving production health
- Build and Implement: Develop and enforce production guardrails to ensure scalable and reliable service operations
- Reporting Line: Report directly to the Head of Reliability Engineering
