Who you are
- The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting top-tier technical talent, understanding the nuances of technology roles, and managing the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer negotiation
- 5+ years of experience as a Sr.Technical Recruiter or similar role in Talent Acquisition, with a proven track record of recruiting for technical positions (software engineers, developers, DevOps, Cloud Platform API, Metal Dev Infrastructure Engineer, Hardware Engineer, Fleet Reliability Operations Engineer, Solutions Architect, etc.)
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Talent Insights, Greenhouse, etc.)
- Strong understanding of technical roles, programming languages, development frameworks, and industry-specific tools (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, Prometheus, Grafana, Linux, GPUs, Storage, Observability, Kubernetes)
- Ability to conduct basic technical interviews or collaborate effectively with technical interviewers
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade technical candidates
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open roles and candidate pipelines simultaneously
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on candidate experience and hiring quality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
What the job involves
- We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Technical Recruiter to join our growing team
- This role will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical hiring needs, calibrate and source candidates, and deliver a high-quality recruitment experience
- Use various recruiting platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, GitHub, StackOverflow, etc.) to source and identify top technical talent (Cyber Security, Infrastructure, Engineers, IT & Security, etc)
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future technical roles
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews to assess technical aptitude and cultural fit
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, technical skills, and role-specific qualifications
- Provide guidance to hiring managers on best practices for interviewing technical candidates and ensuring a positive candidate experience
- Engage with potential candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing regular updates and feedback
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive experience and to encourage top talent to join the organization
- Coordinate technical interviews, including coding challenges, whiteboard exercises, and other assessments as required
- Work with engineering teams to evaluate candidate technical skills
- Present job offers to candidates, providing detailed explanations of benefits, compensation, and job responsibilities
- Negotiate salary and other terms while maintaining a positive candidate experience
- Maintain accurate records of candidate pipelines, interviews, and hiring metrics
- Provide regular updates and reports to hiring managers and leadership regarding recruitment progress and challenges
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive salary benchmarks, and the latest tools and techniques for sourcing technical talent
- Continuously optimize recruitment strategies to improve efficiency and candidate quality

Many cloud service providers can suffer from slow prediction speeds when they are used for data modeling. CoreWeave solves this problem with its specialized cloud service provider.
CoreWeave reduces prediction times and makes service requests faster and more efficient. This, in turn, cuts cloud costs considerably. This has proven to be a strong draw for many companies, with CoreWeave signing a lucrative partnership with GPU heavyweight NVIDIA as well as partnering with BitOoda, which has allowed it to expand its operations to the financial market.
However, in 2023 it closed three very significant rounds of funding (Series B and debt and secondary extensions), which is being invested into expanding its US-based data centers, opening two new ones in the coming year. The question remains whether, despite 2023's big investments in the sector, CoreWeave can maintain this momentum and whether generative AI's stock will continue to rise.
