Strategic Account Executive, WEKA

• 5+ years of experience in account management or sales, preferably in the technology or data management sectors
• Proven track record of managing and growing strategic accounts, with strong sales acumen. Possesses a intimate knowledge of key decision-makers at WEKA target accounts in your territory
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a results-driven mindset
• Familiarity with cloud technologies, high-performance computing, and data storage solutions
• Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events

• You will act as the primary point of contact for our strategic accounts, leveraging your industry expertise to deliver exceptional value and insights, while also leveraging all other sales resources at your disposal to penetrate key accounts
• Client Relationship Management: Leverage existing client relationships to build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders in strategic accounts, understanding their needs and objectives
• Strategic Planning: Create, develop and execute account strategies and plans to drive customer success, satisfaction, and retention, aligning with WEKA.io’s business goals
• Sales Growth: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products and services, achieving revenue targets and contributing to overall business growth
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product, and customer support, to ensure a seamless client experience
• Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to provide clients with valuable insights and recommendations
