• Plan and Execute Product Launches: Develop and manage comprehensive go-to-market strategies for product launches, ensuring seamless coordination and execution across all channels. Work in close collaboration with product, sales, and marketing teams to ensure that launch efforts are aligned with broader company objectives
• Create and Optimize Product Communication: Write and continuously refine copy for in-product messages, emails, push notifications, and other customer-facing communications. Establish and maintain a consistent tone, style, and messaging across all communications, collaborating with Product Managers to ensure strategic alignment
• Own and Evolve Member Journey: Strategically design and regularly update the customer journey to align with product updates and evolving member needs. Analyze member engagement and feedback to enhance experiences and optimize key touchpoints
• Conduct User and Market Research: Lead both qualitative and quantitative research initiatives to deeply understand user needs, market trends, and competitive dynamics. Synthesize these insights into actionable strategies that drive product development, marketing campaigns, and broader business initiatives
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Act as a pivotal bridge between the product, marketing, and design teams, ensuring cohesive communication and integrated user experiences. Support cross-functional efforts to align on strategic goals and priorities, fostering a collaborative environment that enhances project outcomes
