Product Manager, trumpet

• 3–5 years experience in product management or product operations, from a fast-moving SaaS startup
• Exceptional organisational and prioritisation skills - you can manage complex roadmaps and multiple stakeholder needs without losing sight of what matters
• Strong experience reporting and working with founders, delivering their vision and insights while collaborating with designers, engineers, and commercial teams, translating feedback into tangible product outcomes
• Adept at prototyping and validation, using tools like Lovable, V0dev, Figma, or similar to test ideas and iterate rapidly
• Deep understanding of customer empathy - you’re comfortable talking to users, synthesising feedback, and advocating for their needs
• Ability to balance short-term delivery with long-term vision; knowing when to ship at 80% to learn, and when to polish to perfection
• You’re data-informed - comfortable with both qualitative and quantitative inputs to guide decisions
• Strong communication and storytelling skills, able to align internal teams and articulate the “why” behind product decisions
• A keen design sensibility; you care deeply about simplicity, usability, and beauty in the products you build and can point to strong examples you have delivered
• A proactive, high-agency operator - you bring clarity where there’s ambiguity and momentum where there’s friction
