Who you are
- Relentless drive to meet and exceed targets
- Ability to handle rejection and turn “no” into “yes”
- Sharp communication skills (German Level C2 required)
- Comfortable with ambiguity and fast change - startups are your thing
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) a plus
What the job involves
- Our growth depends on a high-quality pipeline of qualified leads. As an SDR, you will be the first point of contact for future ecoplanet customers, opening the door to genuine transformation for European businesses.
- Your work directly accelerates our ARR growth and shapes the future of energy management
- Your responsibilities in the first 6–12 months;
- Be the first point of contact for prospects and create interest around ecoplanet’s offering
- Identify the right opportunities and prequalify companies before inviting them to a demo
- Take ownership in refining sales scripts and templates making sure to guarantee relevant customer conversations
- Ensure top CRM maintenance, data integrity and complete AE handovers
- How You’ll Grow;
- SDR Track: Junior SDR → SDR → Senior SDR
- After: Move into Account Executive (AE) or SDR Lead roles - choose your lane
- Alternatively: Potentially switch into other commercial roles after 4+ quarters as SDR
