What the job involves
- Permanent, Full Time, In-Office
- First Line Support:
- Act as first-line support for Salesforce and other IT systems, ticketing ad triaging issues and feature requests from end users
- Work with business users to refine requirements and improve system functionality
- Salesforce Reporting & Dashboards:
- Assist with, and overtime take responsibility for Reporting and Dashboards
- Assisting end-users to self-serve their own reports
- Documentation Creation and Ownership:
- Create and maintain clear documentation for configurations and best practices
- Gather user feedback to prioritise system enhancements
- System Configuration:
- Assist in the management of user accounts, profiles, roles, permissions, workflows, and security settings
- Work to enhance the efficiency of operations
- Ensure systems are kept up-to-date with security
- Provide Salesforce support in delivering strategic improvements to areas such as: Objects, Fields and Page Layouts, Record Types, User Workflow Improvements and Flows
