• Proven track record leveraging content to drive qualified leads and audience engagement
• Proven track record designing and executing campaigns to deliver growth results
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated success dealing with ambiguity, operating in a fast-paced environment, and solving complicated problems with limited oversight
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency across a range of customer relationship management (CRM) tools and email platforms
