Who you are

This position is suited to a Senior Data Analyst who is looking for a cross-functional role, loves to problem-solve, is self-driven, and able to independently form a fair and holistic judgement using a range of different data sources
Experience in marketing attribution methodologies and/or marketing mix modelling
Experience in experimental set up and analysis (AB testing and other causal experimentation techniques)
Advanced knowledge of SQL and Excel/Google Sheets, alongside experience using digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Amplitude, Mixpanel etc. (experience in Python and/or R preferred, but not a requirement)
Practical experience working with data visualisation tools such as Metabase, Looker, PowerBI, Tableau, etc
Experience with acquisition campaign tracking and optimisation (Paid Social, Paid Search, CRM, etc.)
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and bring clarity to complex business questions through effective presentation and story-telling
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative discipline (Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, CompSci, Physics, etc.)

What the job involves

The Senior Data Analyst will be the go-to person for marketing channel, campaign, and performance analytics to drive insights and facilitate decision-making on marketing spend and trade efficiencies
Partnering with our Growth teams, you'll be the key analytics business partner focused on marketing and digital performance analytics, as well as experimentation and incrementality
Reporting to the Head of Business Analytics, this is a unique opportunity to be part of the insights engine of one of Europe's leading telemedicine/healthtech businesses
Work closely with Performance Marketing and CRM teams to lead on analyses/deep dives at channel and campaign levels, that drive customer acquisition and repeat orders
Lead on building high-engagement dashboards and reports that drive actionable insights for monitoring business performance
Collaborate cross-functionally with Growth, Product, Engineering and Finance etc. to ensure we have the right data, metrics definitions, methodology, and tooling for effective measurement and reporting
Advise and lead on providing analytical solutions (e.g. MMM, attribution models, incrementality studies etc.) that enable the business to understand cost efficiency and return on marketing investment
Be an expert on marketing experiment design; in particular be able to advise on experimental set up to measure marketing incrementality
Set up the framework and best practice guidelines to educate and enable stakeholders to self-serve for experimentation in a coherent manner
Stay tuned to industry trends and changes (particularly in tracking and digital marketing); review and assess those against business needs to make sure we adapt to the latest trends and technologies for measurement
