What the job involves
- The People Operations team at TTG is seeking a customer-focused and proactive Office Assistant to serve as the face of our London office
- In this role, you will serve as the front of house of our space while managing the behind-the-scenes operations of our building, ensuring our teammates have a pleasant and welcoming environment for individual work, collaboration, and team-building
- This position is a 3-month, Fixed-term Contract with the potential to become a permanent role
- Reporting directly to the Director of People Operations in the UK, you’ll be responsible for all front-desk matters and office logistics
- The Office Assistant must manage office supplies and communication with vendors with finesse and organisation, and greet team members and guests alike with positivity and warmth
- Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring services are provided in an efficient manner, including but not limited to managing and greeting guests, accepting and organising deliveries, stocking the kitchen (snacks, coffee, water, etc), managing conference rooms, stocking office supplies, overseeing repairs and maintenance, and more!
- Manage relationships with facilities vendors including cleaning services, maintenance contractors, food/beverage, etc
- Ensure our workspaces, meeting rooms and kitchen are clean, organised and tidy at all times
- Ensure we remain compliant with workplace safety expectations, and participate in office safety demonstrations
- Ad-hoc work, including but not limited to: arranging in-office meals and helping with requests from employees and office visitors
- People Ops administrative support and project management as needed
- Aid in the planning and execution of large-scale company events, both in-person and virtual, such as parties, happy hours, lunch and learns, off-sites, and more!
- Maintain a well-organised and communicated calendar of events, actions, and experiences for employees

Aiming to connect a worldwide audience with theatre, opera and dance productions, to date it has sold over 70 million tickets to 200,000 shows listed on its platform.
While numerous ticket sellers exist, TodayTix was an innovator in this area, arriving at a time when mobile devices accounted for less than 1/1000th of all theatrical ticket sales. Standing out with its extensive tech stack including widgets, API and white label software for its partners, it is able to provide an excellent customer experience with a checkout process of less than 30 seconds. This has led to around 5% of all sales on Broadway being processed through TodayTix's platform today.
Since 2020, TodayTix has focused heavily on acquisitions, focusing on tech-forward, advertising, theatre and cultural event companies. These include Goldstar, Show-Score, Arthouse, Encore, and Broadway Roulette. TodayTix acquired Secret Cinema in 2022, growing its participation in the immersive film and television events space and strengthening its market-leading position in the entertainment industry.
