Desirable

• The main purpose of the role is to design, implement and maintain data models and transformations of Tandem’s data, whilst ensuring data quality, performance, and scalability across Tandem’s data infrastructure
• You’ll have the opportunity to influence data architecture design, collaborate with the team to build a modern Data Warehouse stack, and have regular knowledge-sharing and learning opportunities
• You’ll also be collaborating with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and optimise data structures, providing accurate and efficient insights into Tandem’s data
• You'll design and implement dimensional and relational data models for business intelligence and analytics use cases
• Create and maintain data documentation, including entity-relationship diagrams and data dictionaries
• Develop and implement data quality controls and validation procedures
• Support the optimisation of data pipelines for data transformation processes
