- 3-8 years of proven experience in recruiting/sales, with a preference for specialization in Sales or GTM recruiting
- Experience hiring Account Executives within the SaaS industry is highly valued
- Proven track record of success in owning a full desk, handling end-to-end recruiting processes from sourcing to onboarding
- Strong understanding of sales roles and responsibilities, including familiarity with sales methodologies and terminology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates and internal stakeholders
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment while also working independently to meet hiring goals and deadlines
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
- Proficiency in utilizing recruiting tools and platforms, such as applicant tracking systems and job boards, to identify and attract top talent. (Green House and Workday a plus!)
- A results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving continuous improvement in recruiting processes and outcomes

- As a Sales Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales organization by sourcing, coordinating, and hiring top talent, particularly focusing on Account Executives within the SaaS space.
- You will leverage your expertise in recruiting, with a specialization in Sales or GTM (Go-To-Market) recruiting, to drive the growth and success of our sales team.
