Who you are
- We’re seeking a recent graduate or someone with 1+ years of work experience to join our team as an Operations Executive
- Ideal candidates will bring strong people skills, high levels of organization, and a proactive, self-motivated approach to their work

What the job involves
- Venue Management: Shortlist and select venues, negotiating rates and terms to fit within budget
- Event Coordination: Act as the point of contact for venue communication before, during, and after events
- Supplier Relations: Manage external vendors, including AV, entertainment, and catering providers
- Sponsor Branding: Oversee the delivery of sponsor branding, ensuring visibility across signage, conference slides, and menus
- Logistics Coordination: Organize speaker and staff travel arrangements for events
- Onsite Team Support: Create and manage schedules for the onsite team and lead pre-event briefings
- Budget Oversight: Assist in managing the cost of the sales budget
- Payment Processing: Coordinate with the finance team to process supplier payments and collect onsite staff expenses
- App & Website Development: Contribute to the development of the OpenRoom App and, with the Marketing Manager, support website updates
