Who you are

The ideal candidate is commercially savvy, with experience in roles like account executive, technically conversant in AI/ML, and passionate about building long-term value through partnerships
5+ years in strategic partnerships, business development, or ecosystem roles within AI, cloud, SaaS, or enterprise software
Strong understanding of AI/ML, GenAI technologies and their business applications
Proven success in managing relationships with global consulting firms, hyperscalers (Microsoft, Google, AWS), or ISVs
Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presence skills
Experience working across global teams and in matrixed organizations
Achieve or exceed required sales quota
Ability to foster collaboration & coordination with personnel distributed across multiple global sites
Aptitude for problem-solving; ability to determine appropriate solutions for customers
Willing to travel: up to 50%
Fluency in English

Additional European languages (Spanish, French, German) a plus

What the job involves

As a Strategic Partner Development Manager, you will play a critical role in driving revenue and influence through strategic partnerships with technology providers, global system integrators, and enterprise clients
You will shape how Multiverse’s GenAI, LLM/SLM, and agentic frameworks are adopted in the markets
Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships across consulting firms, and tech alliances
Lead the pipeline growth and new market opening strategies along with the assigned Partners
Position Multiverse’s GenAI products as value drivers within partner go-to-market (GTM) strategies
Collaborate with product and technical teams to align partner offerings with customer needs
Negotiate and close new partnership agreements
Represent Multiverse Computing at key industry events and within joint marketing and enablement activities
Partner’s opportunity pipeline and forecast management to handle complete sales cycles (open new opportunities, qualify leads, close deals alogn with the seller teams)
