Role
Who you are
- 5+ years of experience as an interface or user experience designer for mobile or web applications: Experience with AI-driven design tools and techniques is highly desirable
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills to work closely with various teams throughout the organisation
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and a solid understanding of user-centered design principles to design a complete interface for functional, usable, appealing, and accessible features: Familiarity with ethical considerations in AI and user data privacy
- Ownership and accountability from concept definition to delivery
- Independence and leadership to influence design consensus and ability to present and justify design decisions to stakeholders effectively
- Ability to present ideas and specifications to a broad range of team members from different disciplines
- Ability to observe, understand and translate research into actionable insights for interface improvements
- Ability to evolve ideas into functional solutions that improve the overall user experience
- Proficient in a variety of design tools such as Figma, Adobe Suite, or similar programs. AdobeXD Preferred
- HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills to develop prototypes are a plus
- Experience in Legal tech experience, SaaS, and AI environment a plus
What the job involves
- Define the User Interface and User Experience design direction of ContractPodAi solution: Incorporate AI-driven design principles to enhance user interaction and personalization
- Gauge the usability of new and existing features and make constructive suggestions for change: Utilize advanced analytics and AI tools to gather deeper insights into user behavior and preferences
- Design end-to-end user experiences from early wireframes and prototypes to final design: Implement modern design trends such as dark and light mode, micro-interactions, and 3D designs. Influence the user experience of products by formulating highly usable and intuitive products and features
- Produce polished visual design specs: Ensure designs are optimized for responsiveness across various devices and platforms
- Iterate through design feedback from internal stakeholders and customers
- Conduct research to discover pain points and user needs and validate concepts using A/B testing
- Leverage analytics tools to measure success, present opportunities, and support decision-making
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the legal, Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) market, and customer use cases to guide design decisions: Stay updated with the latest trends in legal tech, including AI and automation

With ContractPodAi, users can unite contracts into a single holistic repository, and review RFP submission and data privacy. It also supplies Leah, its "Legal Copilot", that acts as an AI assistant for law and corporate teams. Ultimately, this allows users to improve the efficiency of legal workflows, and allows teams to spend more time scaling and less time on mundane and repetitive admin.
Whilst in-house legal team platforms have been around for decades, ContractPodAi has smartly recognised the limitations of existing solutions and responded with a focus on making its offering both smarter and easier to use. The company has seen good funding and recognition over the years, and continues to forge new partnerships and release new products.
