Role
Who you are
- 3+ years of experience supporting C-level executives in high-growth or tech environments
- Proven track record organising complex schedules and driving projects to completion
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage and prioritize competing demands under tight deadlines
- Adept at creating systems and processes that bring clarity and structure to dynamic, rapidly evolving workflows
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills—able to adapt style and tone for diverse audiences and mediums
- Comfortable relaying concise updates and complex ideas in a clear, actionable manner
- At a minimum, proficient with collaboration and productivity tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, project management software). Deeper experience with low or no-code workflows or digital transformation projects would be highly valued.
- Eager to learn new technologies that support continuous innovation
- Self-starter who anticipates obstacles, proposes solutions, and takes initiative
- Composed under pressure, maintaining a positive, “let’s solve it” attitude
- High level of integrity and confidentiality, handling sensitive information with care
What the job involves
- Leadership Efficiency: Anticipate the CEO’s needs and implement approaches to streamline daily tasks. Support the CEO’s prioritisation efforts to ensure they spend effort where it is most valuable.
- Time and Travel Management: Maintain and optimise the CEO’s calendar to ensure optimal scheduling - understanding the challenges of context switching. Coordinate travel and events. Prepare meeting agendas, capture action items and key decisions, and ensure actions are followed up in a timely fashion.
- Communication & Correspondence: Monitor and manage the CEO’s inbox; provide concise summaries and prioritize messages for timely responses. When required, draft and edit high-level communications—such as emails. Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, identifying and understanding where their input is required, when they need updates from different departments, and facilitating this.
