What the job involves
- We are looking for an experienced sales professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of corporate clients across the UK, developing strong relationships and identifying opportunities to deliver a range of financial services solutions
- This is a client-facing role that combines business development, account management, and exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial mindset, a proactive approach to sales, and a strong commitment to delivering outstanding client outcomes
- Market and close sales opportunities for foreign exchange products and international payment services
- Develop strategies for building relationships with corporate clients
- Close sales by explaining product and service capabilities, and overcoming objections
- Advise clients on market developments and new financial ventures by referring to technical analysis reports, daily figures and other means of research
- Retain existing clients by enhancing our services and resolving customer queries
- Activate existing clients to start their trade and FX transactions
- Ensure the successful onboarding of all new clients introduced by yourself to the company
- Build and maintain strategic business relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Design and tailor FX products/ risk management products
- Keep up to date with new FX products and current market knowledge
- Monitor your sales performance to agreed KPIs
- Pipeline sales management
- Assist more junior members of the team as required
- Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams; collaborate with compliance, legal, and finance to ensure efficient and compliant strategy execution
