Role
Who you are
- 6+ years in product marketing or related GTM role, ideally in B2B SaaS, fintech, or crypto infrastructure
- Experience owning GTM for a technical or financial product from strategy through execution
- Strong writing and positioning skills, with a knack for simplifying complex concepts
- Demonstrated ability to drive revenue impact through marketing-led motions
- Comfort working directly with enterprise customers and distilling feedback into clear messaging
- Curiosity about crypto and fluency in emerging fintech trends (you don't need to be deep crypto, but you get it quickly)
- Strategic thinking and scrappy execution — you know when to lead, when to test, and when to just get things shipped
What the job involves
- Join CoinTracker as the first Enterprise Product Marketing Manager, owning the go-to-market strategy for our fastest-growing segment
- You'll define and communicate our value to crypto accounting firms, finance teams, and institutional partners — crafting compelling narratives, driving strategic launches, and shaping how the industry sees and adopts CoinTracker
- This is a high-autonomy, high-impact role at the intersection of product, sales, and marketing — working directly with one of our founders and reporting directly to the Head of Marketing — perfect for someone who thrives in early-stage ambiguity and wants to build from the ground up
- Own the full GTM strategy for CoinTracker’s enterprise products, from market research to launch execution
- Define and evolve messaging for enterprise offerings (e.g. full service, embedded taxes, cost basis engine)
- Create sales enablement materials — pitch decks, one-pagers, objection handling, onboarding content — that drive adoption and conversion
- Conduct market and competitive research to surface insights that influence product, pricing, and positioning
- Lead strategic launches with tailored campaigns across key channels (e.g. email, LinkedIn, conferences, partner programs)
- Partner closely with sales, product, engineering, partnerships, and design to ensure narrative alignment and GTM excellence
- Represent the voice of the enterprise user internally and bring customer feedback into roadmap, pricing, and messaging discussions
- Build lightweight co-marketing or channel programs with crypto CPA networks and fintech partners
- Establish CoinTracker as a thought leader in crypto finance through content and strategic visibility
- 1-year outcomes:
- CoinTracker is clearly positioned as the leader in enterprise crypto financial software
- New enterprise revenue influenced through improved positioning, collateral, and GTM campaigns
- Strategic messaging and competitive differentiation established and adopted across product, sales, and partnerships
- High-quality, segment-specific content and campaigns are launched for every major feature
- GTM toolkit (pitch decks, onboarding playbooks, objection frameworks) is created and actively used by the sales and partnerships teams
- CoinTracker’s consumer brand equity is effectively leveraged to establish credibility and awareness in the enterprise market
Our take
Managing taxes for crypto investments can be a difficult task, and with tax regulations and trading practices developing fast in this market, a tool to help manage them is vital. CoinTracker’s crypto management software provides just this; tracking and synching up to 200 transactions across different wallets to a single dashboard, and automatically populating tax forms.
Though there are rivals in the space (such as Coinpanda and Koinly), CoinTracker stands out for the sheer volume of transactions it can track, as well as its prioritisation of ease-of-use. Through this approach, it makes the whole process far more compliant and hassle-free for crypto traders, especially serving those who are less educated regarding the space.
By balancing tax management tools with its relatively generous free plan, CoinTracker has straddled itself neatly across low-volume retail investors and those dipping their toes in a little deeper. Although it had to make a round of layoffs in 2023, the company has nonetheless progressed. It released CoinTracker Connect, which gives access to live professionals for real-time crypto tax advice, and has also undertaken a multichain expansion.
