Learning Design & Enablement Internship, SpyCloud

• SpyCloud is looking for a driven, curious, and motivated Revenue Enablement Intern to join our Revenue Operations & Enablement team as part of our Summer Early Talent Program!
• Enrolled in an undergraduate college program and currently pursuing a degree in Psychology, Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Available to work up to 40 hours per week during the summer term
• Based in Austin, TX, with the ability to come into the office once a week (Wednesdays)

• This 9-week hybrid internship in Austin, TX is designed to provide real-world experience, hands-on learning, and meaningful mentorship
• At SpyCloud, we believe in learning by doing, which is why our interns work on real, high-impact projects that contribute to our mission
• Partner with the Revenue Enablement team to create engaging, easy-to-understand training materials that support the growth of our Go-To-Market (GTM) teams
• Assist in the organization, refinement, and optimization of eLearning content - making our internal training experiences even more effective and delightful
• Apply principals of adult learning to real-world training scenarios, with mentorship and guidance along the way
• Help audit, organize, and elevate our internal content library - ensuring consistency, accuracy, and clarity across learning materials
• Support the conversion and refresh of existing eLearning courses into updated formats and templates
• Gain exposure to the role of enablement within a high-growth cybersecurity company - and come away with real instructional design experience
