Senior Brand Designer, Maven Clinic

• 6+ years of progressive visual design experience, with a proven track record of evolving and elevating brand identities
• Expert proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
• A compelling portfolio demonstrating a deep understanding of brand design, visual identity systems, and performance marketing, with a focus on digital experiences
• Demonstrated understanding of brand strategy, digital marketing principles, website design best practices, and performance marketing metrics
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and influence stakeholders
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple projects and adapting to evolving priorities
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships

Maintain a comprehensive design system that empowers teams to execute brand assets with precision and efficiency
• High Performing Design: Conceptualize and design visually stunning and high-converting materials across all digital channels, including paid social, display advertising, email marketing, web, landing pages, and video. Leverage data and insights to inform design decisions and optimize performance
• Strategic Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a strategic partner to cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative design process. Present creative concepts with clarity and conviction, effectively communicating design rationale
