  • You'll be responsible for transforming data from these platforms into actionable insights that drive decisions around talent acquisition, retention, engagement, compensation, and workforce planning.

Our take

Remote work is growing exponentially, but global onboarding and payments haven't caught up. Deel is a payroll platform for remote teams that connects localised compliance and payments in one system of record, and automates everything.

Deel's goal is to offer every company that hires remote talents a one-stop-shop that makes onboarding, global compliance, and payments easy. The company's growth curve is one for the books, as it has been able to grow its customer base and team at an impressive rate. Its valuation follows suit, and Deel boasts being one of few businesses to hit $10+ billion just a year after hitting unicorn status.

With remote working here to stay, Deel has proven it got in at the right time, being well placed to capitalise on the trend of globally distributed teams. With such impressive backing, the company should be able to keep its success up as it moves into the future, bolstered by the release of new products and integrations that amplify the impact of its offering.
