Founding BDR, Albato

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role in a SaaS or tech company
• Fluent and eloquent English, both written and verbal
• Experience in executing cold outreach in a diligent and systematic way (we currently focus on email and LinkedIn campaigns, but your experience in cold calling is a big plus)
• Big plus: experience in social selling on LinkedIn

Desirable

• Approach prospects proactively and handle incoming emails from leads (this role is a blend of outbound and inbound, with a heavy focus on outbound)
• Handle cold conversations with leads by email, on LinkedIn, and potentially through cold calling
• Take full ownership of our entire TOFU and move on to expanding the sales team
• Demonstrate a consistently high number of qualified leads and booked meetings
• Contribute to improving and scaling Albato's long-term outreach and sales strategies
• Oversee automated outreach campaigns using tools such as Amplemarket, Front, Sendspark, etc.
• Manage your pipeline in CRM (HubSpot) and ensure all deals are up to date
• Network & pitch Albato at conferences across Europe, from WebSummit in Lisbon to SaaStr in London (trips to North America are also planned in 2026)
