Role
Who you are
- 3+ years in B2B SaaS product marketing, ideally with AI or developer tools
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics
- Proven experience building sales materials, content, and messaging frameworks
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder alignment skills
- Confident in market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights
- Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
- Analytical mindset with a strategic bias for action

What the job involves
- We’re hiring a Product Marketing Manager to drive go-to-market, sales enablement, and content for our LLM-powered platform
- You’ll collaborate across Product, Sales, and Marketing to shape messaging, launch new features, support campaigns, and turn market insights into action. Ideal for someone who blends strategy, storytelling, and technical curiosity
- You’ll collaborate with top-tier tech talent, tackle meaningful challenges, and help transform complex AI into solutions that are simple, powerful, and ready for the real world
- Develop product positioning, messaging, and content that resonates with target personas
- Drive go-to-market initiatives for new products and features
- Partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to deliver compelling use-case driven sales plays
- Translate product capabilities into high-impact materials for campaigns, website, blog, events, and more
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and differentiation
- Deepen our understanding of ideal customer profiles through insights, research, and feedback
- Support the business with enablement tools, product launches, and internal comms
- Influence product roadmap with market and customer insights
- Act as a subject matter expert on your product area, both internally and externally
Our take
Natural Language Processing (NLP) is at the core of many modern enterprise data processing workflows, from complex data processes to customer service chatbots. However, NLP systems are not one-size-fits-all, and the development and deployment of bespoke NLP systems require the niche and expensive help of programmers with expertise in machine learning and semantic syntax.
Deepset provides an open-source API-driven framework called Haystack for the quick and efficient development of production-ready NLP systems. The company's goal is to make modern NLP as easy as possible to apply in a practical and scalable way, and states major use cases of its API for automated data analysis, customer satisfaction, fraud monitoring, and regulatory actions.
Whilst NLP has been implemented by many enterprises such as Amazon AWS and Microsoft, options for companies without dedicated AI experts have been limited, making Deepset's open-source approach highly beneficial to many industries. Lately, the company has introduced custom AI agent solution architecture, which will enable companies to deploy AI agents across cloud and on-premise environments.
