Role
Who you are
- ・2+ years of experience as a Product Data Analyst or similar role
- ・Experience in SaaS or subscription-based products
- ・Strong skills in SQL & Python (or similar languages)
- ・Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI)
- ・Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) & data storage (BigQuery, Redshift, Snowflake)
- ・Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT tools (Airflow, dbt, Apache Kafka)
- ・Solid understanding of data modeling & database design
- ・Problem-solving mindset & strong communication skills
Desirable
- ・Experience in Data Engineering
- ・Familiarity with Strapi CMS or other Headless CMS platforms
What the job involves
- We’re looking for a Data Analyst to help turn data into actionable insights that drive smarter decisions across our company
- While working primarily with the Product team, you'll also collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and other teams to build dashboards, define key success metrics, and promote a data-driven culture
- You could also help optimize data pipelines and infrastructure for better scalability
- Analyze data to uncover insights that guide company decisions
- Create dashboards & reports for stakeholders (Product, Growth, RevOps)
- Identify trends & patterns to find opportunities for growth
- Work with teams across Product, Marketing, and Engineering to deliver data solutions
- Promote a data-driven mindset within the company
- (Optional - If you have Data Engineering experience)
- ・Build & maintain ETL/ELT pipelines
- ・Ensure data accuracy & consistency across platforms
- ・Collaborate with engineers on scalable data solutions
