Role
Who you are
- We are seeking a talented and motivated Data Analyst to join our team; experience in data engineering would be a plus
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role. An experience in Data Engineering would be a bonus
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Python (or similar programming languages)
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and data storage solutions (e.g., RedShift, BigQuery, Snowflake)
- Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT processes and tools (e.g., Airflow, dbt, Apache Kafka)
- Solid understanding of data modeling and database design principles
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Desirable
- Experience working in open-source or SaaS companies
- Knowledge of machine learning concepts and tools
- Familiarity with the Strapi CMS or other headless CMS platforms
What the job involves
- You will play a critical role in transforming data into actionable insights to guide decision-making across the company
- You will be responsible in building dashboards with the different stakeholders (PMs, Growth, RevOps), supporting the team to define relevant success metrics, following them and infuse a data-driven & growth mindset within the team
- Additionally, your expertise in data engineering will help establish and optimize data pipelines and infrastructure to ensure the reliability and scalability of our analytics systems
- Analyze complex datasets to provide insights that inform strategic decisions
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for internal stakeholders
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to uncover opportunities for growth and
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Marketing, and Engineering, to understand data needs and deliver tailored solutions
- Advocate for data-driven decision-making within the organization
- Design, build, and maintain robust ETL/ELT pipelines to support data processing needs
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all systems and platforms
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement scalable and efficient data storage solutions
