Who you are

  • We're seeking an experienced Innovation and Customer Marketing Leader who can deeply understand our platform capabilities, identify market need and opportunities, build and drive customer advocacy programs, and translate technical innovation into compelling value propositions that drive awareness and demand
  • Most importantly, the successful candidate is someone who has a passion for messaging and positioning emerging and transformative technologies, significantly growing its adoption across segments
  • 10+ years’ experience in product, customer and technology marketing roles, preferably in B2B SaaS, mobile technology, or enterprise software
  • Demonstrated success marketing emerging technology solutions that create new categories through innovation
  • Experience developing customer marketing strategies for products with strict regulatory or compliance requirements
  • Strong understanding of mobile security architectures, virtualization technology, and enterprise mobility challenges
  • Experience with go-to-market strategies for solutions requiring technical and business-level messaging
  • Proven ability to translate complex technical differentiators into clear business value
  • Experience creating comprehensive messaging frameworks across multiple industries and buyer personas
  • Track record of successful collaboration with sales teams to enable complex solution selling
  • Excellent presentation skills with ability to effectively communicate to both technical and executive audiences
  • Background in cybersecurity, containerization, or virtual desktop infrastructure a plus

What the job involves

  • Innovation, Architecture & Roadmap: Master Hypori's virtual mobile workspace innovation and architecture, security framework, and deployment models to effectively communicate competitive advantages; translate complex technical capabilities into business outcomes for C-suite audiences; establish thought leadership in zero-trust mobility and virtual workspace technology through speaking engagements and industry publications
  • Market Trends and Intelligence: Analyze enterprise mobility management trends with a focus on BYOD, zero-trust architecture, AI in mobility, and data sovereignty requirements, among others; Develop competitive intelligence framework to track market evolution and inform positioning strategy
  • Manage Analyst Relations: Drive influence across themes relevant to Hypori, including virtualization, secure mobility, remote access, flex/remote work, workforce efficiency, among others
  • Messaging: Develop segmented value propositions for key verticals (government, healthcare, financial services, etc.) based on their specific compliance and security needs; end-to-end messaging matrix that aligns with product benefits
  • Marketing Assets: Create technology whitepapers, solution briefs, explainer videos and related Marketing content that demonstrate how Hypori's virtual workspace addresses critical mobile security, privacy and compliance gaps
  • Stakeholder Partnerships: Collaborate with executive leadership, product management, engineering, solutions architects, and sales to identify and showcase innovative platform capabilities that differentiate Hypori from traditional MDM/MAM solutions
  • Customer Marketing: Build and execute a scalable customer advocacy program that includes customer education, customer references, success stories, and Customer Advisory Boards; design and execute ABM campaigns targeting customers with expansion
