Who you are

- Experience partnering with, educating, and aligning hiring teams
- Experience with Greenhouse Recruiting ATS is preferred
- End-to-end candidate lifecycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment. Start-Up experience is preferred
- Attention to detail; must demonstrate strong organization skills
- Enthusiasm for building-out recruiting processes and best practices
- “How can I help” attitude is key, with the ability to adapt easily to change, while wearing multiple hats
- Strong negotiation skills

What the job involves
- We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to help us grow ClickHouse across EMEA and APJ as we propel forward as a world-class, real-time data warehouse
- We are seeking a recruiting professional who wants to grow their career in tech recruiting, has a passion for partnering with business leaders, and a genuine love for providing outstanding candidate and hiring manager experiences
- Full life-cycle recruiting of technical and sales roles (software engineers, support engineers, SREs, Solution Architects, Account Executives) across multiple countries in EMEA and APJ
- Partner directly with Managers and VPs to understand their hiring needs and team dynamics
- Act as a consultant in hiring processes, leveraging the ATS, market awareness, compensation, leveling guidelines, etc
- Identify, engage and secure top talent candidates (both passive and active)
- Develop sourcing strategies and research methods that are successful in attracting viable candidates for each specific requisition
- Maintain accurate data and reporting within our ATS to enable us to make informed decisions for improvement
- Schedule interviews and move candidates through their interviewing process in a timely manner, while remaining their point of contact for any questions
- Negotiate potential offers and successfully close candidates
- Provide excellent customer service to our hiring teams and ensure a seamless candidate experience for all potential candidates
- Partner with People Team colleagues to balance needs of the hiring managers with the overall Human Resources best practices for the company

Database management systems have long been important to the operations of businesses. However, these systems can be painfully slow. ClickHouse solves this problem with its ultra-fast database management system, that powers real-time analytics and apps.
ClickHouse's founding team hail from companies including Yahoo!, Netflix, Salesforce and Google. This has not only lent the company an impressive amount of credibility, but has also allowed it to identify the needs and challenges of enterprises when it comes to their databases. Its system works between 100 and 1,000 times faster than traditional options, and has led to the company being trusted by the likes of eBay, Uber and Spotify.
Valued at $1 billion back in 2021, it is clear that ClickHouse holds a strong position in the market, though it does face competition from rivals such as StarTree and Imply. It has seen substantial funding, the most recent of which is cited to help expand its product and engineering teams. In 2022, the company also launched ClickHouse Cloud - a fully managed, SOC 2 Type 2-compliant cloud-hosted version of its database that is now available in the AWS Marketplace.
