Role
Who you are
- 3+ years of experience in sales enablement and/or operations
- Understands the investment management industry, ideally with experience selling into asset management firms
- Startup experience is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with CRM management (Salesforce, Hubspot, Monday.com, etc.)
- Proficient in PPT and Excel
- Bachelor degree
- The ability to interact across the Company at all levels
- Motivated, ambitious, strong work ethic
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player
- Excellent communication skills, high attention to detail, and strong analytical ability
- Based in the Boulder, CO or New York City area who is able to work in person out of the Boulder or New York office
What the job involves
- As the Sales Enablement & Operations Manager, your primary goal is to help the TIFIM AMP sales team sell more effectively and efficiently in today’s increasingly competitive market
- You will improve the overall performance of the sales team through a combination of multiple sales functions that will allow the sales team to maximize productivity and close sales
- The Sales Enablement & Operations Manager will ensure the sales team has the support, systems, and resources to perform efficiently to improve sales results and increase revenue
- Additionally, you ensure consistency and quality control pertaining to the organization's messaging to unify and strengthen the company’s brand
- This is an individual contributor role working closely within our Asset Manager Partnership team of sales, marketing, and success professionals
- Support the Sales team in developing key prospect and client relationships by proactively and reactively dealing with prospect and client queries and requests at speed
- Provide client meeting prep by researching and creating company profiles using Morningstar direct, capturing this information within the CRM system, and working with the Product team to execute queries for specific proposals
- Assist in preparing internal/external meeting materials, taking detailed meeting notes, outlining next steps, and preparing follow-up
- Develop messaging and marketing collateral with the sales team to provide responses to client and prospect requests
- Maintain client segmentation, priority activity tracking, and pipeline reporting
- Maintain company CRM and ensure all information is accurate and up to date, including the tagging of the relevant product interests and solutions
- Gain an understanding of the key priorities for key client roles: Head of Distribution, CMO, Head of Business Intelligence and Head of Sales Enablement
- Assist sales team in digital lead generation marketing campaigns
- Keep the entire sales team informed of trends in the US Advisor and Wholesale Distribution Markets
