Role
Who you are
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
- 5 years of experience in financial operations, cryptocurrency custody, or broker-dealer operations
- Strong understanding of cryptocurrency operations, custody systems, and compliance frameworks
- Experience in broker-dealer operations holding Series 7, 24, and 4 (or ability to obtain immediately) licenses
- Proven ability to manage projects and work collaboratively across teams
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and leadership skills
- Familiarity with blockchain technologies and crypto treasury systems
- Experience with operational controls and regulatory compliance standards
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with internal and external stakeholders effectively
What the job involves
- We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented manager to oversee our crypto and broker-dealer operations
- This mid-level management role involves coordinating critical functions, ensuring compliance, and streamlining operations across asset classes, with a focus on crypto movements and broker-dealer oversight
- Manage daily crypto operations, including asset movements, approvals, and reviews
- Develop and implement operational controls and monitoring protocols to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Coordinate with custodians to manage and safeguard client crypto assets effectively
- Oversee broker-dealer operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance and regulatory readiness by maintaining internal policies, monitoring trade and settlement processes, managing regulatory filings, and addressing audits or inquiries from FINRA, SEC, and other governing bodies
- Optimize operational efficiency through process improvements, risk assessments, and collaboration with internal teams and third-party vendors to streamline broker-dealer functions and mitigate risks
- Oversee client account management and staff training to ensure adherence to AML/KYC regulations, support new product rollouts, and build team expertise in broker-dealer compliance and operational best practices
- Lead and contribute to cross-departmental projects, ensuring timely execution and collaboration
- Supervise and mentor team members, fostering professional development and performance
Our take

However, this also makes users vulnerable to the high-risk nature of investing, resulting in a demand for easy-to-understand investment education.
eToro provides a social trading and investment platform, facilitating investment in the stock market, ETFs and index funds, cryptocurrencies and NFTs through a mobile application. In addition to providing these features, the platform also features a community-focused investment discussion board, a robo-adviser tool called CopyTrader, as well as investment education resources.
Whilst it is undeniable that the investment platform market has become highly saturated in the last few years, eToro has taken the unique angle of combining its trading platform with tools and resources that help to educate its users. Through this approach, the company aims to increase accessibility to smart investment strategies, whilst reducing the risk associated with investing as a non-expert.
