Role
Who you are
- 3+ years of experience in a QA or software testing role (startup or SaaS environment preferred)
- Proven experience in testing web applications and APIs (manual and automated)
- Ability to interpret API logs and troubleshoot issues across the frontend/backend boundary
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with engineers, product managers, and external stakeholders
- A proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential issues
Desirable
- Proficiency with tools such as Postman, Cypress, Playwright, or similar and Notion
- Experience testing white-labelled platforms or multi-client environments
What the job involves
- Conduct manual testing of features and user flows, with a focus on new client implementations
- Design and implement test plans for our frontend web applications and backend APIs
- Collaborate closely with engineers and product managers to define and test features throughout the development lifecycle
- Develop and maintain automated tests (UI and API) as needed
- Identify, document, and prioritise bugs based on business impact
- Contribute to the development of a more automated, stable, and scalable QA framework
- Continuously improve our release processes in partnership with the engineering team to mitigate friction and risk

The founders of Multiply met as part of the prestigious Entrepreneur First incubator in 2017. They are already FCA-regulated and attracting impressive clients, including one of the largest financial institutions in Ireland.
