Who you are
- 1-2 years working in a marketing role, ideally at a SaaS organization
- Experience with email marketing platforms like Pardot, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or HubSpot
- Exceptional adaptability to various tech tools and platforms
- Previous experience publishing content using a CMS tool such as WordPress or Webflow
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Proactive and solution-oriented approach to solving challenges
- Bonus: Basic design proficiency, including experience with platforms like Canva, Figma, Google Slides, Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent tools
What the job involves
- We're looking for a dynamic Marketing Coordinator who will be responsible for supporting the marketing team in the development and execution of campaigns and initiatives
- Reporting to the VP of Demand Generation, this role will collaborate with other members of the marketing team as well as support cross-functional initiatives with Sales, Product and Customer Success
- This is an opportunity for a motivated, early-career marketer to hone their skills across a range of marketing functions at a growing B2B SaaS organization
- Collaborate with the Content Marketing Manager and Senior Growth Marketing Manager to orchestrate and execute captivating campaigns across various platforms (website, email, and social media)
- Partner closely with the Field Marketing Manager to provide technical support and coordination for events, handling logistics and technology-related needs
- Regularly liaise with vendors to coordinate deliverables for advertising campaigns
- Contribute to the refinement of marketing and sales collateral, such as brochures, whitepapers, and presentations
- Support the development and tracking of marketing budgets and project timelines

Coursedog has set out to solve this with an integrated academic operations platform that helps institutions maximize their efficiency.
Essentially, the company is combatting a scheduling problem. Its curriculum-mapping software helps institutions to make the right classes available for students to complete their courses. In turn, these students are empowered to graduate on schedule - reducing both frustration and cost.
Coursedog has partnered with over 400 higher education institutions, serving more than 3.3 million students in the process. Although there is some competition in the space, the company has a strong footing and established reputation that should support it to find continued success.
