Who you are

  • The ideal candidate has a creative approach to customer outreach, a proven track record of delivering successful campaigns and generating pipeline
  • This role requires a deep understanding of audience segmentation, value proposition messaging and content engagement strategies, CRM and automation tools, and lead nurture tactics
  • You have 3-5+ years of experience in B2B Outbound Marketing roles

What the job involves

  • We are seeking a talented and results-driven Outbound Marketing Lead. This role will be responsible for building and scaling driving demand generation campaigns from untapped audiences of providers
  • The Outbound Specialist will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to identify and target key audiences, create campaigns, and measure the success of marketing efforts
  • Collaborate across business segments to create personalized content and messaging for target accounts, including email campaigns, social, webinars, events, and other marketing channels
  • Work with technical teams to scope personalization strategies at scale
  • Work closely with the sales team to align efforts with sales goals, provide sales enablement resources, and ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads
  • Utilize marketing automation, CRM, and other tools to implement and track campaigns, measure performance, and optimize efforts for continuous improvement
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify target audiences, assess their needs, pain points, and preferences, and tailor marketing campaigns accordingly
  • Monitor and report on the success of initiatives, including key performance indicators (KPIs) such as pipeline generated, revenue influenced, engagement metrics, and other relevant metrics
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales, account management, and product, to ensure efforts are integrated into the overall marketing and sales strategy
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, and apply them to optimize the team’s strategies and tactics

Headway connects clients with therapists who accept insurance as payment and provides independent practitioners with the tools and resources needed to serve their patients and manage administrative workloads.

Headway’s concept is timely, with national mental health under particular strain following events from the past few years. The company facilitates over 300,000 appointments per month and has attracted backing from the likes of Accel and Google Ventures.

Covering 16 states and the District of Columbia, the company intends to broaden its presence across the US using its 2023 Series C funding of $125 million. This is a crucial avenue for further growth, as medical care deserts across the US mean the potential market is vast.
