Role
Who you are
- 3–5 years in roles that blend sales, partnerships, or BD with recruitment - agency, RPO, or HR tech sales all relevant
- A track record of owning a number and hitting it
- Experience running acquisition campaigns or partner activation programmes
- An instinct for running an effective recruitment processes
- The judgment to prioritise when everything feels urgent
- Comfort operating before the playbook exists
What the job involves
- This is a GTM and partnerships role sitting at the heart of a core strategic initiative. You'll build a new engine to generate high quality job roles on the Connectd marketplace. That will mean developing the partner network, reactivating existing users, and driving new company acquisition - and owning the results!
- This isn’t a typical recruiter role. You'll be selling to them, partnering with them, and building the infrastructure that makes Connectd the default platform to hire senior fractional talent
- What You'll Own:
- This is an exciting opportunity to be part of building a world class fractional talent marketplace. There are three core areas that you will own:
- Recruitment partner network - Identify, onboard, and activate agency and in-house recruitment partners to post roles on Connectd. Build relationships that drive ongoing platform activity, not one-off sign-ups
- Platform re-engagement - Run structured campaigns to bring existing Connectd companies back to the platform for role postings. Own the cohort strategy, messaging, and conversion metrics
- New company acquisition - Define an ICP, build a pipeline of high-quality companies, and execute outbound to bring them onto the platform. This is a proper GTM motion: you set it up, you run it
- Importantly, we’re looking for someone who will roll up their sleeves in order to drive successful placements. That will mean being hands on with new clients to help them find the best talent from within the Connectd network
- What Success Looks Like
- In your first 90 days, you will have a clear view of the Connectd business, a prioritised plan for driving growth, and early traction with quality roles posted on the platform
- Within six months, you will have built a reliable engine for role postings, established a functioning partner network, and started to demonstrate meaningful conversion improvements
- Within 12 months, this business line has a meaningful impact on the Connectd ecosystem and you're the person who built it - with the metrics to prove it!
