Senior Financial Accountant, Shine

• 5+ years’ experience in accounting, with strong knowledge of French accounting rules
• Proven experience with Quadra
• Fluent in French and English (written and spoken)
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative, with an international mindset
• Degree in Accounting, or related field
• Track record in senior-level accounting roles, ideally in international or multi-entity setups

• Our Accounting & Transactions team is the backbone of our financial operations. Based across Berlin, Copenhagen, and Paris, we ensure the accuracy, compliance, and efficiency of accounting processes for all Ageras entities
• In Paris, you’ll work closely with the accounting team and report directly to Melanie Richter (Head of Accounting). While you’ll be the key accounting contact for France, you’ll collaborate daily with colleagues across Europe
• As Senior Financial Accountant for our French entity, you’ll take the lead in bringing accounting fully in-house, ensuring smooth integration with our group systems (Business Central) and aligning with group standards
• Acting as the first point of contact for all French colleagues and suppliers
• Handling & processing invoices and expense requests in Spendesk
• Managing the Shine mailbox, responding to requests, and uploading receipts/invoices
• Processing bank transactions
• Preparing and booking month-end postings (provisions, revenue, etc.) in Quadra
• Collaborating with the financial controller team to ensure timely and accurate reporting
• Supporting integration of French accounting into our group structure
• Covering for colleagues in Copenhagen during their absences (and vice versa)
